Like dieting where a person for example does not eat sweets and carbs, there may come a time when the desire wells up that the individual simply binges. This can as well similarly happen to shopping. You can control your shopping by setting for example a maximum amount that you can spend on a month on clothes, shoes, etc. Of course, don’t go beyond the budgeted amount you have set.
